I’m glad you decided to learn a little more about what’s going on here at All Frills Beauty and Accessories, because I just didn’t think clogging up the About Us page made much sense. I founded the site in 2012, as a simple online store with fashion accessories and a place to showcase my make-up portfolio. In 2014, I set out on a mission with a greater purpose: to create a site where women of all ages and ethnicities could source and celebrate the essence of what makes them beautiful. I wanted a place that intertwined beauty tips with real life lessons, information and motivations to create more than just another beauty blog. This concept caught on quickly, and at the end of 2014, the blog and boutique were re-launched focusing on beauty from the inside out along with tons of great things to remind you of how beautiful you are.
It really wasn’t that far off from what was going on in my real life. Whenever I would get women in my makeup chair, we would have an hour of uninterrupted conversation. The conversation would start off about products I was using, or techniques I was applying, and it always ended up with beautiful stories and shared experiences. Beauty really can bond women of all types.
